- Application of diesel pile driver
- 2018/3/19 Times of reading:[1351]
The diesel pile hammer is simple in construction and easy to use. Unlike vibrating pile hammer, which needs external power supply, the fuel it needs is installed in a tank outside its cylinder. Therefore, diesel pile hammer has become a widely used piling equipment. Our country has established the diesel pile hammer series standard.
Another feature of diesel hammers is that the harder the formation is, the higher the hammers jump, thus automatically adjusting the impact. When the stratum is soft, the working cycle is interrupted because the penetration degree (the sinking amount of each hit pile, which is generally expressed by mm) is too large, the fuel oil cannot be produced or produced weakly, and the pile hammer cannot jump back up. At this point you have to restart, or even, after driving the pile into a certain depth, to work properly. Therefore, when diesel hammer is used in soft land, the efficiency is lower at the beginning. If it is found that the pile sinking amount is very small in the process of pile driving, and the diesel hammer is faultless, the specification of this type of pile hammer is too small, and it should be replaced by a large size pile hammer. The working efficiency of pile hammer of too small specification is low, and the practice of trying to increase the fall distance and hammer striking force with too large accelerator, the production efficiency is not improved greatly, and the pile head is often broken. General requirements are heavy vertical stroke, that is, the hammer should be heavy, small distance, not light vertical heavy strike. In addition, the effect of diesel pile hammer driving inclined pile is poor. If the pile driving, pile slope should not be greater than 30 degrees.
